BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board of Adjustment is established in Chapter 138 of the Pinellas County Land Development Code to review variances and special exceptions as they pertain to regulations set forth in Chapter 138 of the Pinellas County Land Development Code. The Board of Adjustment members are a lay board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners whose term shall run concurrently with the term of the appointing commissioner.
