Water quality complaints may be reported to 727- 464-4425 or on our Stormwater Watchline at: 727- 464-5060. Or you may use the form below to submit your complaint.

If you wish to make a complaint to Water Resources regarding a possible stormwater illicit discharge or other surface water quality concern, please fill out the form below, then press the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of the form.
The completed form will be sent to Environmental Management via E-Mail.

For further information or assistance, call Environmental Management at 727- 464- 4425 today, or for after hours illicit discharge complaints, call the Stormwater Watchline at 727- 464-5060.
