Rental Housing Financed through Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority
and Florida Housing Finance Corporation

Apartment complexes financed through the Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation must reserve at least 20 percent of their units for low and moderate income tenants. Not all of the complexes have restrictions on the amount of rent that can be charged; however in all cases, reserved units not occupied by income qualified tenants must remain vacant until minimum reserved units are occupied by low and moderate income tenants.
