Working Together for a Better Future - What Pinellas County Can Do - What You Can Do …
The Board of County Commissioners recently approved a new Housing Trust Fund to provide more affordable housing in Pinellas County. Establishing the trust fund is the first step in the Housing Pinellas initiative. Now, the county can actively pursue financial resources to provide construction financing and rental housing preservation.

Loans Available for Handicap Accessibility

Need A New Home? The Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County may be able to help. We assist individuals and families through tax-exempt bonds to provide below market rate loans so that income-eligible persons can buy their first home .
