Mark T. Mahaffey, Secretary

Mr. Mahaffey has served the Board continuously since 1990. He serves as Chairman of the Board of The Mahaffey Company, developing and managing rental apartment communities in Central Florida since 1962. Mr. Mahaffey has also served on several other community boards including All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg Environmental Commission, St. Petersburg Festival of States, Mahaffey Theater Foundation and St. Leo College.
