Consideration of a resolution expressing the intent of the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County, Florida to proceed with the financing of a multifamily residential rental housing project (James Park Apartments) through the issuance of its multifamily housing revenue bonds, in a principal amount not to exceed $5,000,000.
