Agenda documents are supplied in Portable Document File (PDF) format. To view supporting documentation for each Agenda Item, navigate to the appropriate Agenda Item, then click on the corresponding text in the body of the document.
 Having Trouble Opening Files?
You need a PDF File Reader (free download) to view the agenda. If a “cannot open the file” error message appears, open your Adobe Acrobat or Reader software. Go to Edit > Preferences > Internet and check the “Display PDF in Browser” box. For older versions of Acrobat, follow the same steps except go to Edit > Preferences > General > Options.
